I am trying to use Exmerge to restore a mailbox from a backup. I have created the recovery mail store, restored my information store and have mounted the store.
When I run Exmerge for this specific mailbox I get the following error in my Exmerge.log
Error opening message store (MSEMS). Verify that the Microsoft Exchange Information Store service is running and that you have the correct permissions to log on
I have confirmed that under that user id my account has Full mailbox access as well as read and change permissions allowed but I still get that error.
Any reasons for this that I am missing?
