Windows Monitoring tools?

What I really need is a tool that anyone can log into and see at a glance the operations of the network as a whole, like network, file system, events, etc and not have to manually query data. Historical data should be available for review. Added bonuses like custom services and event watchers are nice too, since we monitor test servers and applications that are run over here. I've checked out OpManager and Hyena, both of which are good... between them I can't decide and I don't know what others are out there. I would like to keep the price under $2000 for 50 clients. Cheaper is better always, but there's got to be a balance between features and usability and price :)

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
