install - user

One of my user need to install Efax on their computer. They can't install because they do not have the proper right to install software. I signed on as admin on his computer and and installed it for him then logff and had  him signed on his own computer. The program is not there. When he received and Efax, its icon is there, Efax logo. When I went to Control panel, Efax is on the list, last update 4/11. I don't have this problem at all with other client computer. Please help.

Probably the program is installed just the shortcut for it is missing.
You can try to run it from the location where you've installed it and see if this is the problem.

agreed, when you log in as admin your under a diff profile with different shortcuts - does it appear in the start menu? when you installed did you select "for all users"

Not a Power user. Also it does not appear in the start up menu.  What do you mean "When you installed did you
setect "for all users?
when you install most appz (mostly MSI Packages) you get the option to install for all users or "just me". check the programs folder where you installed it to and see if you can run from there
