I signed on as admin on his computer and and installed it for him then logff and had  him signed on his own computer. The program is not there. When he received and Efax, its icon is there, Efax logo. When I went to Control panel, Efax is on the list, last update 4/11. I don't have this problem at all with other client computer. Please help.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Probably the program is installed just the shortcut for it is missing.
You can try to run it from the location where you've installed it and see if this is the problem.

Is the user a power user?
Acronis True Image 2019 just released!

Create a reliable backup. Make sure you always have dependable copies of your data so you can restore your entire system or individual files.

Not a Power user. Also it does not appear in the start up menu.  What do you mean "When you installed did you
setect "for all users?
Jay_Jay70Commented:
when you install most appz (mostly MSI Packages) you get the option to install for all users or "just me". check the programs folder where you installed it to and see if you can run from there
