The .pst file has most likely been moved. If the profile was recreated/moved you will need to point it to the old file or create a new archive file.

Greetings, jskfan !

How many emails are you copying to archive at one time.  Try copying is smaller chunks.

Does the archive stop at same folder?  The folder may be corrupt.  Move the emails to another folder and try again.

PST file may be corrupt or too large.
Repair PST file with ScanPST

As war1 said, it could well be a corruption of the PST causing this error.

However, rather than recommending a fix for PST > 2GB, i'd rather advise that having PST files too large (I usually aim for around 500MB or so as a max) is very much not recommended.

If the archive file is excessive in size - try creating a new archive file, and archive those mails you are trying to this new archive, and see if that works. If so, it points nice and directly at a corrupt/oversize PST file.

Hope this helps :)
