Lunch serveral commands in a background in a batch file

I have a batch file use to launch one by one commands. But each command can take time. So i want a solution which can allow me, when in lunch one command, it will execute that command in background, and go the following command to execute it but steel executing the previous one.

    according to this site:

    You must place start in front of every command
    like this:

    start proces1
    start proces2

    or work like this:
    proces1 | proces2

    Start "" /Min /BelowNormal "PROGRAM.EXE"
    (for WinXP)
