Printer Problems

I have upgraded my server from server 2000 to windows server 2003 and loaded a HP laserjet printer on there. I used the correct driver but now when users print, certain documents print upside down or backwards. I am not certain what is causing this, in print preview everything looks ok but still does not print correctly. Any suggestions?

What model of printer?
Which driver? (e.g. postscript, PCL5 or PCL6)
How is it connected?
Is it documents from a particular application?

What OSes are the users using. Make sure you have OS support for those OSes in your printer share.

You could try removing the drivers from the users machines and the server then reinstall the latest available for the printer, use the PCL6 if available.  Also do a few test prints on the printer using it's own tests to confirm the printer is working ok.

sounds like you have the wrong printer driver. like SteveG says - reinstall the latest CORRECT driver for that model printer.
