Dual WAN Router

Hi All,
I need to install a dual WAN router for redundant broadband access at my office.  I am looking at the Xincom XCDPG602.  Here is the webpage:
http://www.xincom.com/twr602.html

However, I have had no experience with this company or this product.  Has anyone used this or any of their other products before?  Are the products reliable?  How is support?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

This is great product.  From my understanding, they are a good company to deal with and the product is pretty good.

There are other alternates from Symantec, Smoothwall, and Watchguard that offer dual WAN ports.

Netman,
I am aware of the the other companies.  However, the inbound load balancing idea really interests me as well as providing QOS services.  The other companies do not seem to offer this feature (At least not in the same price range).  Have you used their products before?

Thanks again.

Xincom - no.  But I've heard lots of good things though.

I think you would be making a good choice with them.
