HP Procurve 2626 resetting on random days, usually at same time..

Hello. For the last 2 weeks, our switch seems to be resetting on random days, but at the same time, 12:53:36. Below is an extract from the log file. I think an automatic TFTP is being attempted and its failing, causing the switch to be reset, but im not sure. Im not familiar with HP logs. Here's an extract taken after todays faliure:

Yep they all seem like good ideas, for the moment ive replaced it with an unmanaged switch just to rule out such issues, but ill try those suggestions and see where we are by 20/04/06

A wild guess:
Do you happen to have
1) the HP PCM+ software installed and config'd to roll out sw. software, sceduled at 12:53:36
AND
2) the sw.-software on this machine not OK

a good place to start looking would be
129.90.0.152 or
129.30.0.65 or eventually
129.30.0.48
