hi all,

we would like to send out a electronic invitation to our customers @ an upcoming show.  I was wondering if anyone had any idea how I can import the email addressed from an excel file and populate the 'to' field to send out the invitation.  as for the from field, I guess a static address like our company info email.

as for the contents of the email, would this be done via a temp in outlook or can all this be done via word.

thanks in advance.

The simplest way would be to mail merge it through Word. Simple and effective. Plus each user gets a unique message with their name in the To: line.
