Remove WebEx Toolbar permanently

I have uninstalled WebEx integration from my PC, but the toolbar still shows up in Outlook. I use customize to delete the toolbar and it disappears, but the next time I restart Outlook it is back again.
I deleted outcmd.dat and extend.dat and this had no effect. (after restarting)
I think something is adding the toolbars after outlook is started.

Greetings, nswartz !

You many not have uninstall WebEx completely.  Try to uninstall with Windows Installer cleanup utility.

If no joy, use CPCleans to remove old installation

I tried it, but no success.
The Windows Installer cleanup and CPCleans remove the WebEx installer, but not the actual WebEx Outlook integration. Apparently the uninstaller provided by WebEx does not complete the job.

I am going to try to re-install the WebEx integration and then remove it and see whether that does it. Maybe the first time I un-installed it there was a failure.

Also, look in the Addin area and see if the WebEx addin is still there.  Go to Tools > Options > Other > Advanced Options > Addin Manager or COMM Addin

There were no addins, but ...
By using Installer cleanup, I was able to re-install webex and then uninstall it and now the toolbar is gone.
