What have you changed recently?

What other errors are there in the system event logs?

In order to help you, it's important that you provide specific information, such as EVENT ID's and SPECIFIC error messages.  It's best to open up the error events and use the COPY button and then paste them to your posting here.

You should look in ALL logs in the Event Viewer (application, system, etc) and see if there are any errors at the time you installed SSL certificates.

The error of "The Handle is invalid" usually comes with other lines that mention something about trying to connect to other computers or devices.

You may have to reinstall IIS to fix this.... which 1&1 probably does.
