Exchange 2003 - Deleting Old Email

Is there any options within Exchange 2003, or any 3rd party utilities which would allow us to clear out old email from mailboxes (say all emails old than three years)??

Thanks

Jon

In the exchange 2003, there is mailbox management option where you can specify how old emails a user allowed to keep in his/her mailbox and other than that server purges itself..

you can set up an autoarchive to delete messages like you requested, although this would have to be set up in each account.

Hi Aiaila - sounds good, but cannot find where the settings are. Can you advise where to set  - in System Manager?

Thanks
