Problems with sites after installing MS SharePoint Server 2.0

Hi, after I installed SharePoint 2.0 on my Server which also have installed Project Server 2003 and SMS 2003, When I tried to access the Reporting Site and Project Site its display the following errors

For SMS
Link: http://drpayrollbkp/sms/reports.asp
ERROR
The following file(s) have been blocked by the administrator: /sms/reporting.asp

For Project Server
Link: http://drpayrollbkp/projectserver/Home/HomePage.asp
ERROR
The following file(s) have been blocked by the administrator: /projectserver/Home/HomePage.asp

Got a question on a file upload error in SharePoint... Even as an Administrator, I get the following error trying to upload an Access database into my Document Library...

The following file(s) have been blocked by the administrator:
mydatabase.mdb

Resolution - You're unable to update the Access file because SharePoint by default blocks .MDB files. Do the following:
1. Go to SharePoint Central Administrator.

2. Under the "Security Configuration" section, click "Manage Blocked File Types".

3. Find MDB.

4. Remove MDB from the list & click the "OK" button.

Maybe similar type of problem with your sharepoint and ASP?

Thank you, but the problem was in IIS, somebody use the same port for SharePoint and SMS.
