Delegate removal problem

Outlook 2002 - I have a user that is trying tro remove someone's delegate access, but it's not working. I will allow you to remove her have from the list of delegates, but whenever you reopen the list of delegates, the user is listed again. It will allow us to remove other delegates - just not one specific user. Any ideas of what could cause this?
Also, the user in question has all permissions set to none - so I'm not sure this is a huge issue, but I would like to remove the name from the list.

    Accepted Solution

check the attributes of the user(user that is not able to remove the delgate) via adsiedit.msc
you should find the user(user that is not able to remove the delgate) listed under Domain NC
open the properties of this user(user that is not able to remove the delgate), you would see an attribute called something like "delegate"
you can modify it from there

other way would be to use mfcmapi to clear out the delgates
