Depends on your your outgoing mail server's rules, but probably.<br />
Setup another account for the alias, but You un-tick the ‘Include this account when receiving mail or synchronizing’ box. <br />
Now setup Outlook to show the 'from' field in your outgoing email pane and you should be able to choose the alias account.<br />
