Does anyone know how to set up surveys and more interactive features with Dreamweaver?

I was wondering how I could go about setting up more interactive features for my website. Can you point to some good books or resources? That would be great. Thanks for your time.

Dreamweaver doesn't have built-in functionality for creating this sort of stuff.  Instead it presumes you know the technologies needed to create it and therefore makes you piece it together yourself.  Surveys are generally basic database driven objects.  Therefore you'd need to be familiar with storing and retrieving database values to generate your solution.  There's loads of tutorials on this kind of thing here:

If you want to purchase a dreamweaver-specific extension, take a look at this:

The best solution would be to just find a free survey provider who'd generate all the code and result graphs for you, saving you the hassle.
