Robotic Library displays online but tape drive in the library is "<Unknown Drive> - Disabled"

Hello,
I am running BackupExec 9 REV 4454 and have a Compaq 15 Slot robotic tape library with a tape drive in it.  BackupExec seems to recognize the library but it wont seem to recognize the tape drive inside it.  In my Windows 2003 Server device manager is lists the an "HP Tape Libary" under Medium Changers but there is no Tape section with a tape drive under it...should there be or since it is in the tape library that Windows knows about maybe it doesnt need to be listed?  Any help is greatly appreciated...need to get stuff backed up ASAP.

Wait...I guess I am not out of the woods yet...

Windows 2003 Server and BackupExec 9 can now see my replacement autoloader and tape drive and all the tapes in the library but when I start a job it labels all of the tapes as "Unrecognized media).  Has anyone seen this before?
