I dont have it there...any idea how to get it?
Take a look at this:

http://www.kbalertz.com/310204/modify.message.using.Collaboration.Objects.Exchange.ActiveX.Objects.record.Visual.aspx

It claims you can just a COM reference to the appropriate object.
You can only add a COM reference if it exists on the system
I think the better question is what are you trying to do?

Well I am trying to obtain calendar information from our Exchnage server.  Ive got the example from the Exchange 2003 SDK but it requires a reference to the CDO Exchange 2000 object.

I found the CDOEX.dll on the Exchange server and compliled the example, and it doesnt work.  Im wondering if its the dll or some other issue now...

This is much more complicated then it seemed.
