Unique Instance of a program per user on citrix

I am trying to find some code that checks to see if my C# program is already running if so switchs focus to the app, the tricky part is that its runs on a citrix terminal server.
So yes they may be multipul versions of the program running on the server but only one per user is allowed.

I have code that check to see if the current process is running etc. (there are quite a few wxample on ee) but non of them check per user ..

Has any body done this ?
