Reseting MSDE Password

Small Business Server 2003
Thought I kept good track of my records but now I just realized that Sharepoint is actually installed on MSDE not my SQL server and I don't know the sa password :(  When I am logged into the server I can connect to //sun/sharepoint using windows authentication (thank goodness) but how can I use enterprise manager from my workstation to edit these values?  Can I reset the sa password?  It seems there are 2 msde database one for sbsmonitoring and one for sharepoint... and to my dismay the sa/password combo for one doesn't work for both.   Your advice is greatly appreciated.

Question #2
Is it worth the hassle to move the sharepoint and sbsmonitoring to the sql server - this is only used for 1-3 sites and only for testing purposes so the load is EXTREMELY light.

Is there a default sa/password combo for sharepoint?
The default pasword for SA is <blank>

Maybe just hit enter for the password prompt...maybe yours is blank....;en-us;Q322336
