Good migration application for upgrading desktops from 2000 to XP?

I am looking for some recommendations on names of programs that work well in capturing a user's files and settings on their desktop computer (win2k) and moving them seamlessly over to a new xp installation.

So far I have heard of two companies that I am in the process of checking out:

Altiris
Alohabob / Apptimum

Anyone got any recommendations on software packages they've used to complete this task? Right now I'm facing an XP upgrade of about 30 machines and would love to locate something to ease the transition.

I find it is slow, but you can use the "Windows Files and Settings Transfer Wizard" to do this:

http://www.microsoft.com/technet/prodtechnol/winxppro/deploy/mgrtfset.mspx
If you are going to use it I recommend deleting any temporary Internet files and temp folders first.

Thanks, but I'm looking for recommendations on a 3rd party solution - something that will perform better then the Windows file & settings transfer wizard. Anyone got any ideas?

ProfWiz is a free utility for sharing or relocating user profiles and settings. Perhaps it will accomplish what you want.
