I am trying to access the "Bluetooth History" information. I need to find out the device id from that. Is there any way I can do that?
Any insight would be helpful.

javax.bluetooth is where you'd get at the Device list.
See page 425 of the Developer Guide for the full details of their implementation. There are several interfaces that will be of interest to you.

If you want the device's unique id, the Customer Care API has a method "getClientInfo()"
See page 519 in the J2ME Developer Guide.
