own dns redirecting

When user on  workstation types "helpdesk" on browsers address bar, I would like it to redirect user on address 10.18.39.12 where would be the web-pages of helpdesk. How should I configure my servers dns-settings?

Workstations DNS-address is my server2003 ip-address.

open the DNS configuration tool (under administration tools).

under forward lookup zones select your domain.

right click and choose new host (A)

type helpdesk as name, and 10.18.39.12 as IP :)

that should do it.
