as long as your board supports the faster processor then there is no worries, xp allows 3 hardware changes before it requires reactivation and at worst you will have to perform a repair install of windws<br />

It's all about what your the system board supports. And assuming that your Windows installation is legit, having to reactivate shouldn't be an issue either.
