Password for connecting to excel spreadsheet?

Hi Guyz,

I would like to connect to a excel using the bde.

When I set it up it asks for a username and password. I can set the user name but cannot find where to
set a password.

I'm using delphi 5 enterprise.

Could anyone help please.

create an ODBC DSN to your Excel spreadsheet and drop a TDataBase control on your
form and set the DatabaseName to your ODBC connection, then setlogin prompt to False
and Active to True.
