How to Start a Weblogic 8.1 PIA and Admin PIA.

I am working on BEA Weblogic 8.1 Cluster Environment of Peoplesoft Architecture.(UNIX)
My Present Environment has 4 PIA (named prod1,prod2,prod3,prod4) and an Admin PIA.(called hradmin)
I don't know How to start these PIA after Stopping.
I worked  in a Single Environment. It was the simple 2 commands:-
1.To Start a PIA.
. /
2. For Start a PIA.

Now In a cluster Environment, Do I have to start all the four PIA's(prod1,prod2,prod3,prod4) by start command and then start the Admin and Managed PIA like this:-----

./ PIA

Just the above 2 will start all of my PIA's as well   ,  NOT TO GIVE STARTPIA.SH AT ALL???

Please advice .

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
