IE Update for Windows mobile 2003 second edition

My boss has a Siemens Pocket PC SX-66. It is running Windows Mobile 2003 second edition. He is trying to access a site but it states that his browser needs to be IE 5 or greater. I have looked and can't see anyway to upgrade the browser. Is this not available to do?

Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Sounds like your on the right track but the registry editor you specified will not install on the pocket pc. After installing it on the workstation and running Active Sync, there is a blank shown for available applications to install. It states that if the installation menu is empty, then the application is not compatible with the Pocket PC. Dead end?

Just posted this comment when accepting the answer and it didn't save anything. I just love to do things twice. Here's the info again. The following web site had a great, not strings attached, registry editor that I downloaded, installed and employed in less than 5 minutes. Did ask me to register, validate or anything. It just WORKED.
