Don't close my program with the task manager

How can I protect my application to never be closed by the user with the task manager and
the user don't delete the executable of the program?

    You cannot! Even the viruses cannot do this assuming that this is one of their primary purposes. :)

    Make an NT service, only administrator users will be able to delete or kill the application. Otherwise all the process can be killed.
