How do I refresh my screen when in a Newgroup.

I am using MS Outlook 2000. To get to my reader I click on View, Go To, News. This takes me to my Newgroup.
When I am in the Newgroup itself that I read, I cannot figure out how to REFRESH or update the view so that I can see new messages.
What I wind up doing if exiting and re-entering and then new postings show up.

I'd appreciate finding out how to refresh the view while in the reader.

Thanks

tools -> get new headers (how many to get at one time is in tools -> options -> read)

or you can set synchronization settings to fetch new headers in multiple groups at once using the synchronize command.

you're actually just using outlook express when reading newsgroups in outlook.. :)

Thanks for your reply. I went to tools and did not see the option to get new headers. I then noticed that it says "Mozilla Thunderbird New Reader".
I use their browser. I'm not sure how Outlook opens the T-Bird Newreader.  (It looks a lot like Outlook Express New Reader.)
  So, what do you suggest?
  Sorry for this confusion........
I guess I could use this if I can figure out how/where to refresh it.
  Appreciate your help.

i think outlook just loads up your default newsgroup reader. that'd be how it loads up thunderbird instead of outlook express.

I Found the answer myself. I merely click on 'Get Mail' within the Newreader and it updates.
I did not  think of trying thios since it is not truly 'mail'.
