I have a user using Outlook 2003. She set up her signature and it works fine throughout the day. When she logs off for the day and logs back in the next, her signature is set back to none and she has to reselect her signature in Tools, Options. Has anyone experienced this before? I know its gotta be frustrating for her everyday.
