Problem backing up/exporting .pst data

I'm attempting to use the .pst backup program so that i can import the user's Outlook data onto another computer.  However, the user has all his folders (inbox, contacts, outbox, etc) under the "Outlook Today" parent folder.  When I attempt to use the backup program, it only gives me the "Archive Folders" as a choice for back up and the inbox, etc. is not a part of this.  And, of course I'm not able to move the inbox into another folder.

Outlook version is 2002....

Any suggestions for the best way to export all folders within a user's outlook account?  I'm not having much luck...

    Greetings, GSSL_IT !

You should be able to find the main PST file in C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook folder.

The PST is a hidden file. Go to any folder and select Tools > Folders Options > View. Check "Show hidden files and folders". Click OK.

    Best wishes!
