HP Laserjet 5si error message 13.14

I looked this up on the internet, and it says the error is caused by a defective paper control pca.  The solution is to replace the paper control pca.  Where do I find the paper control PCA for a LaserJet 5si.

Found this on google search

13.X PAPER JAM” after a print request, and assuming no paper is found jammed in the printer – This message indicates a failure of the printer to pick up paper. There are many possible causes for this, such as worn rollers, a bad separation clutch, a bad paper feed assembly (the electromagnetic clutch in this assembly also controls all lower rollers), a broken or missing pickup coupler, a bad paper pickup drive assembly, etc. Another possibility is the feeder control PCA, as it contains the drive transistor for the pickup solenoid. If this transistor fails, the solenoid will never fire, the pickup rollers won’t turn, and paper will not be picked up.
