error creating an app object in zenworks 6.5

I'm creating an application object in Zenworks 6.5 for the Castelle Faxpress client that is being pushed out to all our users.  The application installs correctly to the workstations, but when trying to View the faxes, I get an error message that says the following:...

File:
D:\faxpress6.3\Faxpress\Client\Faxmain\Source\FaxImage.cpp
Line No.: 1248
Error:  Unable to view fax..........

I've checked the File Types in Windows Explorer and the *.tiff and *.tif settings are set to open with Windows Picture and Fax which is correct.  We are using Windows XP SP2.  Could it be a registry error?

I'm on a deadline..........HELP!

Cheree111,

I am not exactly sure what would be causing that error.  We use FaxPress as well and I have deployed with Zenworks using the standard snapshot.  How are you preparing the application, snapshot as well?  Cleaning anything up in the app object afterwards that would be affecting the install perhaps?  If you'd like me to email you our AXT file, I'd be happy to do so.

Thank you so much!  I apologize for not responding to your email sooner but I've been in a class all week.  I think I figured out the problem.  The install went well, but the imager within Faxpress caused the problem.  Thanks!
