I'm creating an application object in Zenworks 6.5 for the Castelle Faxpress client that is being pushed out to all our users. &nbsp;The application installs correctly to the workstations, but when trying to View the faxes, I get an error message that says the following:... <br />

I've checked the File Types in Windows Explorer and the *.tiff and *.tif settings are set to open with Windows Picture and Fax which is correct. &nbsp;We are using Windows XP SP2. &nbsp;Could it be a registry error?<br />
