I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

you can use the schedule application from :
Start Menu\Programs\Accessories\System Tools

(for windows ... i guess)

This will work as long as it's a one-step process to enter into the scheduler, sometimes a batch file is required to pass the correct parameters to the program.

If you're using Windows NT you will need to use the AT command from the comamnd prompt ot get WinAT from the resource kit.
