How to create barcode label that pushes crtl-s for me

I have a Symbol 3408 scan gun that i just bought. I would like to create a label either using Label Matrix or some freeware off the internet that will have a bar code on it. Once the bar code is scanned I want it to push crtl-s for me automaticlly. I know this is possible but i just can't find the option in label matrix or anywhere. Please help!!

Thanks,
Matt

OK, I am NOT looking for the scanner to do it automaticlly i just want to scan a bar code and have the bar code do it for me. The way our app works is you scan the barcode and at the end of the bar code the scanner will press enter. The user then makes whatever changes to the order then presses crtl-s to save the order. I want to be able to scan a barcode that will press crtl-s instead of the user having to do it. Let me know if I am not making sense.

P.S. I will give you points if you contribute to the solution.
@tompkins1912...where are you with this? I was thinking letting you have some time to peruse the manual before getting back to you.  The comment I made on 4/18 is the final element that you need to get the scanner to work.  Though there are other inherent things that you have to prep BEFORE you even get to that point, considering you actually have to go through the first 78 pages.
