Moving WINS from Windows 2000 to windows 2003 and do not want to change IP address

I am moving the WINS database to new 2003 server and I want to use the same IP address of the old WINS server.  I currently have 2 WINS servers set up as Push/Pull partners, and was wondering if I keep the same IP address on the server I am moving to... do I have to break up / remove the current replication partners I have now or can I just leave the replication partners alone (because I will be using the same IP as before).

Do you think this process would work.

1 - Have new server up and running (no WINS)
2- Stop WINS on old server
3 - Copy the WINS DB to new server
4 - Shut down old server
5 - Change IP on new server (to that of the old server)
6 - Install WINS on new server stop WINS service (then delete contents of WINS directory, then copy in old WINS DB)
7 - Start WINS service on new server

Guess its kinda the same process just not breaking up the replication and just copying the WINS DB to the new server.
