Converting lbs to kilos

O looking for a formula to convert pounds to kilograms and
inches to centimeters is there one out there?

    Accepted Solution

    1lbs =  453.59237 gram, hence 0.45359237 KILO

    so, if you have KG, simply divide by 0.45359237 and you have the KILO

    inches: cm x 0.39

    so if you have inches, divide by 0.39 to get cm

    1 inch = 2.54 cm

    I found the inches wrong also
    ozo is correct 1 inch = 2.54cm

    for lbs

    kg = lbs*.45359237
