outlook 2003

when i do a printscreen and copy into an email and send it, the email opens but will not show the print screen. It works on all other machines but this one. Is there a setting that needs to be changed?

    You've posted this in the wrong area.

    However, Outlook can be set to ignore attachments that may be dangerous. On the PC that does not show the screendumo, open Outlook Express (I don't have Outlook, but it should be similar) and go to Tools > Options > Security. There should be an option there to open potentially dangerous attachments.

    the machine that it is not working in may be set to plain text. Go to Tools >options> use MSword to view rich text.
