Creating an Outlook Server

I have 3 computers connected to a server.  I would like to install Outlook on each computer, and set it up in such a way that they all share the outlook information (emails, appointments, etc).  Do I need an exchange server to do this?  Is there a simple way of setting this up?

Hi jarrodprice,

There are third-party alternatives to using Exchange for such a small group.  Have a look here: http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/share.htm#other
