Cannot find "Go Back" function

In VB6, we can right-click mouse, then select "go to the definition" and "go back to last position".

However I couldn't find the "Go Back" function in VB.NET!!!!!

Can anyone help ?

Hi tora111;

In VB .Net there is no Go Back function. What you can do is set Bookmarks on a line of code and then from any where in that same file go back to a Bookmark. If there are more then one Bookmark in the code file the you will have to cycle through the Bookmarks till you get to the point you want.

Set or unset Bookmark hit Ctrl+K and then Ctrl+K again
Go to next Bookmark Ctrl+K and then Ctrl+N
Go to previous Bookmark Ctrl+K and then Ctrl+P
Clear all Bookmarks Ctrl+K and then Ctrl+L

Or you can do it from the main menu Edit->Bookmarks...

I hope that this is of some help.

Hello, tora111,

I use the key combination <Ctrl><->.  (I.e. the Control key with the minus key.)

Cheers,
