Exchange 2003 and GFI Mail Essentials mail delivery problem ????

Hi Experts,

This is the scenario,

I have installed AD/Exchange 2003. We have external hosted email server, say www.abcd.com. My internal AD domain is abcd.local

I have change the SMTP domain in all exchange user from Exchange System Manager >> Recipient >> Recipient Policies >> Email Policy to SMTP @abcd.com

When I creating a new user now exchange is automatically change the user email domain as abcd.com...there was no issue.

After that I have installed GFI Mail Essentials latest version and it’s taken my both domains as abcd.local and abcd.com while the installation process. I want to donwload mail from external email server and deliver to the Exchange mail boxses.

But in the GFI pop2exchange is not delivering the emails to the relevant user mail boxes. Its passing the email to alternative email address provided.

Log says: None of the address in the email headed is in local domain list. Recipient set to alternate address.

Please advice ASAP.

Thanks !
