To view all folders in same style.

I have window professional 2000.

I always want to view all of my folder/files in detailed style.
There r five view styles

Large Icons
Small Icons
List
Details
Thumbnail

I want the option Details in all of my folders to be set as default.

Hi Mateen,

select one folder to work with and choose the detials view

under tools - folder options - view

select apply to all folders

you may want to uncheck the __ remember each folders view settings__ as well under that same TAB

the tab name is
"like current folder"
