ISA2004 firewall client installed on latop, but does not allow the user to connect to the internet at home

I have a user with a laptop, that needs to check external mail servers using outlook express. I installed the firewall client and everything works fine...

Until he goes on a business trip, or home and connects to his hotel connection.
Or basically any other external connection, it is not automatically letting his get an internet connection.

What can be done about this?

Thanks!

You can disable the firewall client when you are not on the company LAN.

Or you could use a program I find very handy - Mobile Net Switch (http://www.mobilenetswitch.com/).  It allows you to set up profiles for different locations and switch between them easily.  One feature it has is that it can enable or disable the Firewall Client based on which profile you select.  Simply create one profile for while in the office and another for when awway from the office.
