MapiMail/Error 32003


I’m using an application that automatically sends out emails.

I’ve installed the application on a test PC, but when I start it I get the following error message:

“[MapiMail] Error 32003. Sign on Login failed”.

If I start Outlook and then launch the application it works fine, but the application should work without Outlook opened.

Any suggestion?

Hi deepakee,

That's not an Outlook issue, but a problem with that application.  The application is either not correctly executing the signon process or it is attempting to sign on and isn't configured to store the ID and password it needs to be able to.  I suggest you contact the software maker and talk to them.
