finding liblzo rpm to install openvpn ON REDHAT ENTERPRISE 4

I search the cd and rpm.pbone.net  and seem cant find liblzo rpm for redhat enterprise 4 . Any idea where can i get it? I need to install openvpn and it is a dependency file that i need .
