Detect PCs coming out of hibernation, and, VirtualPC saved state sessions restarting/resuming.

I wish to detect computers coming back out of hibernation, although, if the "Must Log Back On" feature is enabled then this does not matter.

Also, is there a way to detect VirtualPC saved state sessions restarting?

By the way, it is a service that will need to implement "behaviour" based on noticing such "events",

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

OK, I have come up with and implemented a perfectly acceptable workround ...

By monitoring passing time, if I find (arbitrarily) 10 seconds have passed without me noticing, then I am assuming there has been some hibernation/VirtualPC-SavedState type activity and I then perform "MyStuff".

This works perfectly well.

Job done!
