I have VOIP set up between two branch offices using Cisco 3600 routers with FXS/FXO interfaces. It works well although sometimes interfaces hung. My big problem right now is that we need to set up a hotline so that when a customer care line is busy on one branch calls should be rerouted on the voip path to the other branch. My problem is how to set up the router so that when calls come it should automatically dial a particular number, which is the customer care number for the other branch and vice-versa. dial paterns are confusing me here!! Any one know of the guide I can use.
