MOM 2005 SQL Server Reporting Services error

Just got done installing, uninstalling and reinstalling Sql2005 on a server2003 box.  Now I'm trying to install MOM2005 on that box but when I go through the prereq tests I recieve this:

Unable to contact the Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services server via WMI.

I can open an IE window and do http://localhost/reports/pages/folder.aspx and bring up the sharepoint looking page but when I run the tests again I get the same results.

Any ideas????

Do you have SQL reporting services installed? To check that do: http:\\localhost\reports

Also, I found in one my old emails:

REPORTING PREREQ FAILURES:

Symptom:

Unable to contact the Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services server via Web
Service

Unable to contact the Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services server via WMI

Resolution:

1. Ensure the Default Web Site on the Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services server is running.  If SSL is being used verify the Common Name (CN) of the certificate matches the hostname.
Resources:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/dnsq...

2. Ensure the MOM reporting computer has directory access to the remote  'ReportServer' web site.  Check the web site's properties, 'Directory Security' tab, 'IP address and domain name restrictions'.

3. Ensure the remote 'ReportServer' web site is set to use 'Integrated  Windows authentication'.  Check the web site's properties, 'Directory Security' tab, 'Anonymous access and authentication control' and verify the
'Integrated Windows authentication' box is selected.

4. Make sure the default web site on the SQL Server Reporting Services server is running otherwise prerequisite failures of " Unable to contact the Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services server via WMI" can result.
