Drag and Drop file from Window Explorer to IE Browser

Hi,

I want to implement the action to Drag and Drop file from Window Explorer to IE Browser. I have checked some of the previous message about the Drag and Drop file event. I believe there should be some ActiveX, program, plug in, etc.. program that can handle this event. I think it can be implemented with the event "OnDrop", "OnDrag" .... Does anyone has any idea?

Thanks.

Hi nabsol,

Thanks for the information. The example is pretty good. However, what if I want to drag files from Window Explorer or other application outside the IE. Do you have any idea?

Thanks.
