ECC Error: Disk Maxtor 34098H4 (Channel 2, Master) at LBA 0x9a61e7

Any Ideas?

    Run CHKDisk

    If you still have a problem, the disk is probably failing.

    This indicates a drive failure (unable to read data). Replace the drive (under warranty if possible).

    Backup your data ASAP, because that 40GB maxtor (am i right) is not gonna last

    Oh, btw, I think that drive is a 5400RPM drive. Go out and buy a 7200 rpm drive, under $80 of course, and you'll know a dramatic increase in performace of your system also
